Greta Savickaite has graduated from Bucknell University

Greta Savickaite, Stony Point, NY 10980, daughter of Aleksandra Lansari and a graduate of King Low Heywood Thomas, graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Political Science . Greta received the Charles Longley Prize in Political Science as the political science major combining high academic achievement and commitment to service; the Meerwarth Prize for Sociology in Action as the senior who most successfully applied sociological principles to independent research or community service; and the Bison Award for Excellence in Co-Curricular Activities. She is a member of Pi Sigma Alpha Political Science Honor Society and Mortar Board Leadership Honor Society. Greta's numerous leadership roles include serving as general manager of Uptown student gathering space, student office manager in the Campus Activities and Programs Center, treasurer for V-Day Bucknell, Junior Fellow for the Social Justice Residential College and astronomy teaching assistant.
