Karakis conducting undergraduate research at Bucknell University

Victoria Karakis of Scotch Plains (07076) is conducting an undergraduate research project this summer at Bucknell University.

The project, Effects of the ratio of excipient and solute on amorphous particle formation, is being conducted with Prof. Ryan Snyder, Chemical Engineering.

Karakis, who is the daughter of John and Erica Karakis and a graduate of Scotch Plains-Fanwood High School, is a sophomore majoring in Chemical Engineering at Bucknell.

The Bucknell Program for Undergraduate Research is a University-wide program providing summer stipends to students to conduct research with faculty mentors.
