Michaela LaPatin is January graduate at Bucknell University

Michaela LaPatin, Barnegat, NJ 08005, has graduated from Bucknell University, which conferred bachelor's degrees to students who completed their graduation requirements during the fall semester. Degrees were awarded Jan. 8 for studies in liberal arts and professional programs in engineering, education, management, and music.

Michaela graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Bachelor of Management. A volunteer with the Brigade to Nicaragua and the Career Development Center Education Program, she is a member of Chi Omega sorority. She presented her research at the Susquehanna Valley Undergraduate Research Symposium and served in several roles with the Bucknell chapter of the American Society of Civil Engineers and Engineers for Sustainable Development. Michaela is the daughter of Brian and Joan LaPatin and a graduate of Barnegat H S.
